Uploaded by the author.  Heart Smart is a Windows based nutrition program that helps you keep track of calories, carbohydrates,  fat, protein, sodium, and cholesterol in your diet.  There is a 900 item modifiable food list in the program and the capability to preview and print your weekly menus.  The program can be used by those on an AHA, ADA, low sodium, low cholesterol, or low calorie diet.
